Partial Planning

If you prefer to be hands-on throughout the planning process but want an expert on your team to ensure the experience remains fun and enjoyable, our Partial Planning package is the perfect fit for you.

 

With this package, you will have Kyra and the A Summers' Day gals on your team throughout the last six months of the planning process. You will receive a personalized wedding workbook to keep track of vendors, the budget, planning tasks, and more. During these final six months, we will be by your side with in-depth planning meetings, practical assistance, ongoing advice, and help navigating any difficulties that arise.

You've got the planning thing covered but need someone to run the show.

Let us take the stress away so you

can enjoy every moment with the people you love!

We work with you prior to your wedding to make sure all the details are set. You'll receive guidance on any areas that might have been overlooked in the planning process, two detailed itineraries- the run of show for the vendors and a wedding party & family timeline, and our expert team will be on hand the weekend of the wedding to manage your rehearsal and coordinate your wedding day.

  • Additional Hours- $75 (per hour per team member)

  • Planning Consultations- $150 (for 11⁄2 hours of consulting)

Need help designing the perfect aesthetic for your big day?

With this add on package you'll get our expert guidance on all things related to the design of your event. Full details:

  • Design Meeting

  • Custom Mood Board

  • Access to our Pinterest board filled with inspiration we curated specifically for your aesthetic

  • A detailed list of each element needed for the design, links of where to buy/rent, and pricing

  • Whishlists created with design specific vendors (aka florist, rentals, etc.), attendance at initial meetings, and lead you through the start of the production process

  • Final meeting to present our work and hand over everything you need to finalize this part of the planning process

  • 2 additional hours of onsite styling & setup the day of your event
