Venue(s), Vendors & Service Providers- Unlimited referrals, schedule & attend tours and meetings, assist in booking, & coordinate with each company throughout the process.
Event Design & Styling- Curate each styling aspect of the event with your unique preferences in mind- venue(s), invitations and stationary, attire, florals, cake, decor, lighting, table settings, party favors etc. Stage all event spaces day-of.
Logistics- Prepare lodging accommodations & coordinate transportation needs (for guests & bridal party), prepare wedding itinerary, plan venue layout/ seating chart/ event flow, coordinate with all vendors & manage event timing.

Starting 6 months prior to your wedding date- This package is for the couple who have the big pieces set. Who’ve already booked their venue(s) and hired most of their vendors, have a design concept in mind, and just need help bringing it all together. We’ll make sure no detail is overlooked and help everything run smoothly leading up to and through your wedding day!

Referrals for up to 3 service providers yet to be booked
Event Design & Styling- Create a detailed list of all elements needed to bring your vision to life, guidance on final decor decisions, help staging all event spaces day-of.

With the addition of a second coordinator,

1 Lead Coordinator for all day management of Wedding Day activities for 10 hours

Delux Coordination
Don’t let your friends and family lift a finger on your wedding day! We take the stress off your shoulders by taking over all vendor communications the month of your wedding, providing up to 12 hours of wedding day coverage with up to 3 coordinators, full set-up and teardown of the event spaces, coordination of all the festivities of your big day, and everything in between!

Initial Planning Meeting 6 months out to start the itinerary and set important details
Unlimited Consultations starting 6 weeks out

Final Meeting to go over all wedding details
Ceremony Rehearsal Management
Preparation of Wedding Weekend Itineraries- Master Wedding Day Itinerary for vendors & Wedding Weekend Itinerary for the bridal party and family that includes all festivities leading up to throughout the big event
Coordination with all Vendors- month of, week of, & day of event
Assistance in Full Set-up & Tear Down of Ceremony & Reception Spaces
2 Lead Coordinators- overlapping to cover 12 hours of coordination
One Additional Coordinator for 3 hours depending on scope of activities

Honeymoon Planning & Preparations- $500
Planning & Coordination of Wedding Shower- $1,000-2,000 depending on size
Additional Team Member for 5 Hours on Wedding Day- $350
Additional Hours (Beyond contracted time)- $100 per hour per team member
Planning Consultations- $100 for 1 ½ hours of consulting
